Using The OM SYSTEM Cameras For Automotive Photography

I have used many camera systems over the years, for various aspects of my work, including food, automotive, property and products etc.. Starting with film cameras such as Fujica, Contax and Nikon, before stubbing a tentative toe into the realm of digital cameras. The impact of digital on the commercial photography world still holds surprises, which I expect to continue with the launch of the

Why Use The OM SYSTEM Cameras For Food Photography?

Why Use The OM SYSTEM Cameras For Food Photography? But before we get into that, there's probably a few things I need to make clear. Yes, I'm an OM SYSTEM Ambassador. No, I don't use the OM camera system because I'm an Ambassador. I was asked to become an Ambassador because I use the cameras. (Actually, I was asked way back in 2017 when it was

Overhead Food Photography

I’ve had an interesting conundrum of late, with an increasing trend for overhead food photography. Food photography is a particular passion of mine. And no, I don’t eat what I photograph, otherwise I’d be known as the fat photographer!

Classic Car Photography

Car photography is a real passion of mine. Okay, so I’m a sucker for automotive photography of any description. And yes, I know I have said I really enjoy the big stuff, such as lorries or truck, and buses for that matter. But take a lovingly restored classic, where the attention to detail is something to be marvelled at, and that makes for a really

Photographing The Tesla

Automotive photography is one of the genres I really do enjoy. I like the challenge of the convex glossy or metallic surfaces, the challenge of hiding and avoiding reflections. What also gets my pulse racing, is the opportunity to photograph unusual cars. Cars such as the Tesla. While it’s not particularly rare, you don’t see one in every third parking bay at Tesco!
