The range of wedding venues available within this district varies in size and style, such as the extremely intimate and atmospheric Inn at Whitewell near Clitheroe. Samlesbury Hall has the grand splendour of the Great Hall, along with the intimacy of the Medieval Chapel and the gorgeous setting of their own private gardens which can be yours for the day.
Mytton Fold with it's large reception hall and outside ceremonies catered for, and Mitton Hall with it's imposing fireplace and beautiful minstrel gallery. Both venues can be found in the sedate village of Mitton, near Whalley.
The Higher Trapp in Simonstone has been a longstanding favourite with locals, with it's beautiful open fireplace and very attentive staff.
Particularly for smaller, intimate wedding parties, The Alma Inn at Laneshaw Bridge is hard to beat!
